I have a passion for Coaching! I am a practical and down to earth coach who approaches all new clients with enthusiasm because I know that I can take them to the next level, to what they want in life!
The people I work with are searching for more fulfillment in their lives. They are either looking to improve their current situation or make complete changes in their lifestyles or careers. I enable them to find the "Coach in all of us" to make changes that have an immediate impact and will last for a lifetime.
I help people find balance in their lives. I assist them in organizing and prioritizing their lives; finding that right balance between home and careers, managing the family and setting goals. In addition, they learn how to stop procrastinating and get out from under that feeling of being overwhelmed.
I have been in leadership and coaching position my entire career. Starting with positions of leadership in the military and then moving to executive positions at IBM and later leading small/startup companies in Florida I have had the opportunity to hone my skills.
I have formulated plans for startup companies, coached individuals and worked with volunteer groups helping them to become successful in achieving their personal or business goals by tuning them on to their "Internal Coach". I have enjoyed each and everyone of these experiences and look forward to meeting and "coaching" you.
